摘　　要：城市快速发展并向外扩张,使城市距离粮食的供应地越来越远,如何保障大量城市居民的粮食需求和粮食供给安全逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。因此,将可食地景引入城市进行推广与实践,有益于缓解城市粮食供应压力与应对城市的环境生态问题。文章以庭院可食地景为研究对象,分析国内外可食地景的实践现状,归纳、总结庭院可食地景的设计原则、布局模式与设计策略并应用,以期为庭院可食地景在城市的推广与运用提供理论与技术方面的支撑。Rapid urban development and outward expansion have made cities farther and farther away from food supply,and how to guarantee the food demand and food supply security of many urban residents has gradually become the focus of people's attention.Therefore,the introduction of edible landscapes into urban promotion and practice is beneficial to alleviate the pressure of urban food supply and cope with the environmental and ecological problems of cities.This paper takes courtyard edible landscaping as the research object,analyzes the practice of edible landscaping at home and abroad,and summarizes the design principle,layout mode and design strategy of courtyard edible landscaping and applies them,to provide theoretical and technological support for the popularization and application of courtyard edible landscaping in cities.
