摘  要:转子是船用泵中主要组件,其动力学特性对泵的性能和可靠性有非常重要的影响。本文以数值计算为基础对船用泵转子系统进行动力学特性分析。选取0.8Qd~1.2Qd等3种工况,分析船用泵转子系统强度和模态,得到其临界转速。结果表明,3种工况下转子应力和应变分布规律基本一致,最大应力、应变均分布在叶轮以及轴系中段位置;叶轮出口处的转子模态振幅最大;转子系统临界转速远大于额定转速,满足船用泵结构动力学及可靠性设计要求。The rotor is the main component in the marine pump,and its dynamic characteristics have a very important influence on the reliability of the pump.This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of marine pump rotor system based on numerical calculation.Three working conditions of 0.8Qd~1.2Qd were selected to analyze the strength and modal state of the rotor system of the marine pump and obtain its critical speed.The results show that:the stress and strain distribution of the rotor under the three working conditions are basically the same,and the maximum stress and strain are distributed in the impeller and the middle position of the shaft system;the amplitude of the rotor mode at the impeller outlet is the largest;the critical speed of the rotor system is much higher than the rated speed,which meets the requirements of the design of the marine pump structural dynamics and reliability.
