摘 要:隔声结构广泛应用于船舶舱室壁板等区域,实现对结构隔声性能高效、准确地预测对于隔声结构理论设计与工程应用具有重要意义。采用理论公式、COMSOL有限元分析法和VA One统计能量分析法建立钢板隔声性能计算模型。基于试验值,探究不同方法的频率适用范围,实现分频段高精度计算板结构的隔声性能。研究结果表明,在125~4000 Hz频率范围内,分段结合使用3种方法进行计算,对比试验值平均隔声量误差小于1 dB。厚度不变,薄板尺寸等比例扩大,各个中心频段范围内模态数增多,统计能量法高精度计算薄板隔声量的起始频率向低频移动。Sound insulation structure is widely used in ship cabin panels and other areas.It is significant for the theoretical design and engineering application of sound insulation structure to realize the efficient and accurate prediction of the sound insulation performance of the structure.The calculation model of sound insulation performance of steel plate was established by theoretical formula,COMSOL finite element method and VA One statistical energy method.Based on the experimental values,the frequency application with different methods is explored to achieve high-precision calculation of sound insulation performance in different frequency bands.The results show that in the frequency range of 125-4000 Hz,the average sound insulation error is less than 1 dB by using three methods.The thickness of the plate is unchanged,the size of the plate is expanded in equal proportion,and the number of modes in each central frequency band increases.The initial frequency of the high-precision calculation of the sound insulation of the plate by the statistical energy method moves to the low frequency.
