摘　　要：智能建造时代下,建设项目电子文件归档与电子档案管理是项目管理及档案管理现代化的重要组成部分,同时也是推动建设工程领域数字化转型的重要力量。本文旨在探讨建设项目电子文件归档与电子档案管理的内涵、港口建设项目电子文件归档与电子档案管理的现状及发展瓶颈、推进的关键路径,以期切实推动港口建设项目的电子档案单套管理有效运行,加快推进电子档案管理创新发展,并为港口建设项目推进和后续高效生产、运营提供坚实保障。In the era of intelligent construction,electronic file archiving and management of construction projects are important components of modernization of project management and file management,and also an important force in promoting digital transformation in the field of construction engineering.This article aims to explore the connotation of electronic file archiving and electronic file management in construction projects,the current situation and development bottlenecks of electronic file archiving and electronic file management in port construction projects,and the key paths for promotion.The aim is to effectively promote the effective operation of electronic file single set management in port construction projects,accelerate the innovative development of electronic file management,and provide solid support for the promotion of port construction projects and subsequent efficient production and operation.
