摘　　要：本文在分析人民币国际化现状及挑战的基础上,总结对比主要国家货币国际化的路径特点,提出了贸易结算、技术进步以及制度型开放融合贸易和科技协同发展三大路径。首先,利用我国规模经济贸易优势,强化本币结算功能,推动人民币在国际贸易中的使用,降低跨境交易的汇率风险和交易成本。其次,依托先进的数字技术和科技创新,推进数字人民币发展,提高跨境支付和结算效率,并通过发展多国央行数字货币桥项目、区块链、人工智能等技术,增强人民币的国际竞争力。最后,推动规则和标准的制度型对外开放,降低制度成本,同时融合其他路径协同发展,注入制度型开放活力和保障。本文建议应抓住全球货币格局变化、美元降息周期等新机遇,巩固我国规模经济贸易优势,进一步深化人民币区域战略发展和本币结算;抓住核心技术领域应用优势,推进数字人民币创新发展;完善国内金融体系,扩大制度型开放,平衡开放与风险的关系。Based on the analysis of the current situation and challenges of RMB internationalization,this paper summarizes and compares the path characteristics of currency internationalization in major countries,and proposes three major paths:trade settlement,technological progress,and institutional openness,integrating trade and coordinated development of science and technology.First of all,it should take advantage of China’s economies of scale and trade,strengthen the local currency settlement function,promote the use of RMB in international trade,and reduce the exchange rate risk and transaction cost of cross-border transactions.Second,relying on advanced digital technology and technological innovation,it will promote the development of digital RMB,improve the efficiency of cross-border payment and settlement,and enhance the international competitiveness of RMB through the development of multi-national central bank digital currency bridge projects,blockchain,artificial intelligence and other technologies.Finally,it should promote the institutional opening up of rules and standards,reduce institutional costs,and integrate other paths for coordinated development,so as to inject vitality and guarantee into institutional opening-up.This paper proposes to seize new opportunities such as changes in the global currency pattern and the US dollar interest rate cut cycle,consolidate China’s advantages in economies of scale and trade,and further deepen the regional strategic development of RMB and local currency settlement;seize the application advantages in core technology fields and promote the innovation and development of digital RMB;improve the domestic financial system,expand institutional opening-up,and balance the relationship between openness and risk.
