摘 要:针对中厚煤层断层群区域施工顺层钻孔易见岩遗留空白带的问题,分析断层位置和断层落差对钻孔设计参数的影响以及钻孔见煤岩情况和钻屑成分对钻孔施工的影响,提出中厚煤层断层群顺层钻孔全覆盖施工方法,并在21212回采工作面进行了实践应用。实践表明:已揭露断层且落差小于煤厚,钻孔施工可直接穿透断层覆盖上下两盘煤层;已揭露断层且落差大于煤厚和未揭露断层,钻孔施工可先探测分析上下盘发育情况,再调整开孔位置和倾角覆盖断层上下两盘煤层。In view of the problem of easily visible rock legacy blanking zone in the construction of bedding hole drilling in the fault group area of medium thick coal seams,this study analyzes the influence of fault location and fault drop on hole drilling design parameters,as well as the impact of hole drilling seeing coal and rock conditions and debris composition on hole drilling construction.A fully covered construction method for bedding hole drilling in the fault group of medium thick coal seams is proposed and applied in practice in the 21212 stoping working face.The practice shows that if the fault is exposed and the drop is less than the coal thickness,hole drilling construction can directly penetrate the fault and cover the upper and lower coal seams;If the fault is exposed and the drop is greater than the coal thickness and the fault is not exposed,hole drilling construction can first detect and analyze the development situation of the upper and lower panels,and then adjust the hole opening position and dip angle to cover the upper and lower coal seams of the fault.
