摘  要:阐述了低维材料在光电子器件领域的创新发展,设计了以PN结光电探测器为核心的本科生实验模块.通过光电测试系统获得了PN结光电探测器的光电流响应,并对其机理进行了深度分析.学生在教师的指导下完成材料制备、器件测试以及理论分析,促进了科研成果向本科教学的转化,也增强了学生对PN结关键概念的理解.The innovative development of low-dimensional materials in the field of optoelectronic devices was elaborated,and the undergraduate experimental module with PN junction photodetectors was designed.The photocurrent response of PN junction photodetectors was measured by a photoelectric characteristic testing system,and the mechanism of photoresponse was deeply analyzed.With guidance of the teacher,students completed material preparation,device testing and theoretical analysis,which not only promote the transformation of research results to undergraduate teaching,but also deepen students’comprehension of fundamental principles associated with PN junctions.
