摘 要:军事智能化引发一系列数智信任危机,为智能武器系统的广泛应用带来挑战,或将制约其在军事斗争准备中的地位作用。继承钱学森系统科学思想,提出“人-机-环境”大系统观,一体运用数字技术、法律法规与伦理道德等手段,确立“人机结合、以人为主”二元主体关系,运用数字技术赋能军事大数据治理,通过创新机制助推军事智能算法治理,全面塑造军事智能化数智信任,提升智能指挥控制系统与武器系统的可靠性与可用性,有利于抢占人工智能军事运用的先机。At present,military intellectualization has led to a series of digital intelligence trust crises,which bring challenges to the wide application of intelligent weapon systems.This phenomenon may restrict its role in preparation for military operations.Qian Xuesen’s scientific thought is inherited,and a large system view is proposed on the human-machine-environment.the digital technology,laws and regu⁃lations,ethics and other means are integrated.The dual subject relation is established on the humanmachine combination with human-centered.The governance measures of military big data is enabled with the digital technology.The governance of military intelligent algorithm is boosted by innovation mecha⁃nism.The trust to military digital intelligence is comprehensively shaped,and the reliability and availabil⁃ity of intelligent command and control systems and weapon systems are improved.It is beneficial to seize the advantage on the military application of artificial intelligence.
