摘 要:当前效能评估都是在已知各设备和分系统能力的条件下,通过各类算法进行综合得到所求系统的效能评估值,但是,对于已知某系统效能数值和排序的情况下,如何确定各分系统效能值的问题一直没有解决。为此,提出效能分配理念,阐述影响无人机效能分配的因素;以无人侦察机为例,给出效能分配的基本流程,并对影响效能分配的因素进行了量化,结合效费评价准则,综合给出无人侦察机效能分配模型。并通过实例验证了该无人机效能分配方法的可行性。The current effectiveness evaluation required the synthesis of various algorithms to obtain the effectiveness assessment value of the requested system under the condition that the capabilities of each equipment and subsystem are known;however,it was impossible to determine the effectiveness value of each subsystem on the premise that the effectiveness value and ranking of a system have been clarified.To this end,the concept of effectiveness allocation is proposed,the factors affecting the UAV effectiveness allocation are expounded;the unmanned reconnaissance aircraft is taken as an example,the basic process of the UAV effectiveness allocation is given,the the factors affecting the effectiveness allo⁃cation are quantified.The UAV effectiveness allocation model is presented based on the costeffectiveness evaluation criteria comprehensively.And the feasibility of this effectiveness allocation method of UAV is verified by examples.
