摘 要:针对作战方案评价中存在的信息不确定、主观性强、评价结果差异化程度低的问题,提出了基于区间数的多目标灰靶决策模型。以多弹协同作战方案评估为例,给出了评估指标体系,根据决策信息,建立了属性值的区间数靶心距测度;结合区间数层次分析法和区间数熵权法得到的组合权重,得到方案综合测度,案例表明新型决策模型在解决作战方案的决策问题是有效的。Aiming at the problems of uncertain information,strong subjectivity and low differentia⁃tion of evaluation results,a multi-objective grey target decision-making model based on interval number is proposed.The evaluation index system is given with the example of the collaborative combat schemes of multiple missiles,and according to the decision-making information,the interval number bull's eye dis⁃tance measurement of attribute values is established.The combined weights of interval number analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and interval number entropy weight method are combined,the scheme compre⁃hensive measurement is obtained.The case shows that the new decision-making model is effective in solv⁃ing the decision-making problems of combat schemes.
