基于“肺朝百脉”探讨肾素-血管紧张素系统在肺间质纤维化中的意义

摘　　要：“肺朝百脉”是指以肺气宣发肃降为动力,以肺生血为物质基础,调节周身血脉。肾素血管紧张素系对血管的作用同“肺朝百脉”有着密切联系。肾素血管紧张素系统通过ACE-Ang II-AT1R轴与ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-MasR轴在肺间质纤维化过程中起重要调节作用。基于“肺朝百脉”理论,阐述肾素血管紧张素系统在肺间质纤维化形成中的意义,为中医药改善间质性肺疾病提供新的思路和研究方法。"The Convergence of Vessels in the Lung"refers to the pulmonal-qi dispersion and descending as the driving force and the pulmonal-blood production as the material basis to regulate blood vessels throughout the body.The effect of renin-angiotensin system on the blood vessels is closely related to the"the Convergence of Vessels in the Lung".The renin-angiotensin system plays an important regulation role in the process of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis through ACE-Ang II-AT1R axis and ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-MASr axis.Based on the theory of"the Convergence of Vessels in the Lung",the significance of the renin-angiotensin system in the formation of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis is expounded,providing a new idea and research method for improving interstitial pulmonary diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
