摘  要:针对油田在用液体缓蚀剂加注效率低、无法对动液面以下腐蚀段进行有效防护的问题,设计制备了基质型固体缓蚀剂胶囊颗粒,建立了在不同介质不同工况条件下缓蚀剂胶囊颗粒长期控释及缓蚀效果室内评价方法.研究结果表明腐蚀介质和温度对固体缓蚀剂的长周期释放特性有明显的影响.电化学和热力学测试表明该固体缓蚀剂属于抑制阳极溶解型缓蚀剂,在N80钢表面吸附遵循Langmuir等温吸附,吸附过程是以物理吸附为主的自发放热过程.在40℃~70℃时,对于CO_(2)-矿化度体系和CO_(2)-H_(2)S-矿化度体系两种腐蚀介质,固体缓蚀剂对N80钢片具有良好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀效率在90天内持续维持在75%以上.Aiming at the problem of low filling efficiency of liquid corrosion inhibitor used in oilfield and the inability to effectively protect the corrosion section under the dynamic liquid surface,we designed and prepared matrix-type solid corrosion inhibitor capsule particles and established an indoor evaluation method of long-term controlled release and corrosion inhibition effect of corrosion inhibitor capsule particles under different working conditions in different media.The results show that the corrosion medium and temperature have obvious effects on the long-term release characteristics of solid corrosion inhibitors.Electrochemical and thermodynamic tests show that the solid corrosion inhibitor belongs to the inhibition of anodic dissolution type of corrosion inhibitor,the adsorption on the surface of N80 steel follows the Langmuir isothermal adsorption,and the adsorption process is a spontaneous exothermic process dominated by physical adsorption.At 40℃~70℃,for the two corrosive media of CO_(2)mineralization system and CO_(2)-H_(2)S mineralization system,the solid corrosion inhibitor has a good corrosion inhibition effect on N80 steel sheet,and the corrosion inhibition efficiency is continuously maintained at more than 75%in 90 days.
