甲硝唑、硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊、乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨三联用药方案(甲硝唑+硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊+乳酸菌阴道胶囊)对细菌性阴道炎(bacterial vaginosis, BV)患者的疗效。方法 方便选取2021年8月—2023年12月济南市第一人民医院收治的66例BV患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各33例。对照组予以甲硝唑、硝呋太尔制霉菌素软胶囊干预;研究组除了给予上述药物外,加用乳酸菌阴道胶囊干预。比较两组的临床疗效、阴道内环境及不良反应。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.97%(32/33),高于对照组的78.79%(26/33),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.121,P=0.024)。用药后,研究组乳酸杆菌、葡萄球菌、类杆菌、pH检验结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种药物联用,对于BV不仅有较好的效果且安全性均较优,有利于提高患者阴道内环境改善效果。Objective To investigate the efficacy of triple drug regimen(metronidazole+nifuratel nyysfungin vaginal soft capsules+lactobacillus vaginal capsule)in patients with bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods A total of 66 patients with BV admitted to the Jinan First People's Hospital from August 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given metronidazole and nifuratel nysfungin soft capsule intervention;the study group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsules in addition to the above drugs.The clinical efficacy,vaginal environment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.97%(32/33),which was higher than 78.79%(26/33)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.121,P=0.024).After treatment,the results of Lactobacillus,Staphylococcus,Bacteroides and pH in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of the three drugs not only has a good effect on BV but also has better safety,which is conducive to improving the effect of improving the vaginal environment of patients.
