体位护理联合弹力袜在预防下肢静脉曲张术后静脉血栓的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探究下肢静脉曲张术后应用体位护理联合弹力袜干预对静脉血栓的预防效果。方法 方便选取2022年10月—2023年9月滕州市中医医院收治的76例下肢静脉曲张手术患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为两组,每组38例。研究组采取体位护理联合弹力袜干预,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组患者静脉血栓发生率、不良情绪和生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果 研究组静脉血栓发生率为5.26%(2/38),低于对照组的23.68%(9/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者不良情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的81.58%(31/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.029,P=0.025)。结论 下肢静脉曲张术后应用体位护理联合弹力袜护理干预效果良好,可有效预防静脉血栓,减轻不良情绪,利于生活质量的改善,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the preventive effect of postural nursing combined with elastic sacks on venous thrombosis after lower limb varicose vein surgery.Methods 76 patients with lower limb varicose vein surgery treated in Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 38 cases in each group.The study group was treated with postposition nursing combined with elastic socks nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The incidence of venous thrombosis,adverse mood and quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of venous thrombosis in the study group was 5.26%(2/38),which was lower than 23.68%(9/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in adverse emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were both lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than that in the control group 81.58%(31/38),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.029,P=0.025).Conclusion The effect of posture nursing combined with elastic socks on postoperative varicose veins of lower extremities is good,which can effectively prevent venous thrombosis,reduce bad mood,improve the quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.
