责任助产模式护理对无痛分娩孕妇心理情绪及母婴结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨责任助产模式护理对无痛分娩孕妇心理情绪及母婴结局的影响。方法 方便选取2022年1月—2023年1月贵州省黎平县妇幼保健院收治的181例孕妇为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为研究组(91例)和对照组(90例),对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予责任助产模式护理干预,比较两组产妇心理情绪评分、母婴结局、护理满意度。结果 护理后,两组产妇焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为97.80%(89/91),高于对照组的89.01%(81/90),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.826,P<0.05)。研究组母婴结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对无痛分娩孕妇采取责任助产模式护理,可显著改善负面情绪,提升护理满意度,促进母婴结局良好发展。Objective To explore the effect of responsible midwifery mode nursing on the psychological and emotional outcomes of pregnant women in painless delivery.Methods A total of 181 pregnant women admitted to Liping County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Guizhou Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group(91 cases)and control group(90 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given responsible midwife nursing intervention.The psychological and emotional scores,maternal-infant outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were decreased in both groups,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.80%(89/91),higher than 89.01%(81/90)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.826,P<0.05).The maternal-infant outcomes of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsible midwifery model can significantly improve the negative emotions,increase the nursing satisfaction and promote the development of maternal and infant outcomes.
