蝮蛇咬伤致多器官功能障碍综合征临床救治1例

摘　　要：蝮蛇咬伤是常见的危急症,若不及时处理,容易出现呼吸衰竭、急性肾衰竭、心力衰竭而导致患者死亡。本文对1例蝮蛇咬伤导致多器官功能障碍综合征的高龄患者采用中医特色救治,取得显著效果。Pit viper(Agkistrodon halys)bites are a common emergency.If not treated in time,easy to appear respiratory failure,acute kidney failure,heart failure and lead to death.This paper mainly reports the clinical treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome caused by the bite of pit viper with TCM characteristics,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
