摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)结合以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)在器官移植科住院医生规范化培训(以下简称住培学员)临床营养教学中的应用效果。方法将60名住培学员随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30名。对照组采用常规规培带教方法,实验组采用PBL结合CBL教学法规培带教,比较两组住培学员的理论成绩、临床综合能力、总成绩及教学满意度,并评价两种教学方法的应用效果。结果实验组住培学员的理论成绩、临床综合能力及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组住培学员对教学的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在器官移植科住院医生规范化培训临床营养教学中联合应用PBL和CBL教学法,可提高住培学员的临床实践能力和理论成绩,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the clinical nutrition teaching of standardized training for residents in the department of organ transplantation.Methods 60 residents were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 in each group.The control group adopted the conventional training and teaching method,while the experimental group adopted PBL combined with CBL teaching regulations.The evaluation theory scores,clinical comprehensive ability scores,total scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared,and the application effects of the two teaching methods were evaluated.Results The theoretical scores,clinical comprehensive ability and total assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).At the same time,the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of PBL and CBL teaching methods in clinical nutrition teaching of resident physicians in the department of organ transplantation has complementary advantages,improved the students'clinical practice ability and theoretical achievement,and improved the teaching satisfaction.
