摘  要:目的探讨“工作坊”式授权教育在护理本科实习生心肺复苏(CPR)临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2023年6月至2024年3月在我院心血管内科病区护理本科实习生72名,按实习批次随机分为对照组和试验组,每组36名。对照组采用传统临床教学方法进行教学,试验组运用“工作坊”式授权教育方法进行CPR临床教学,比较两组护理本科实习生CPR教学前后的CPR理论、操作考核成绩。结果试验组的护理本科实习生CPR理论、操作考核成绩均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论“工作坊”式授权教育方法可以提高护理本科实习生的CPR临床教学质量。Objective To explore the effect of"workshop"-style empowerment education in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)for undergraduate nursing interns.Methods A total of 72 undergraduate nursing interns in the cardiovascular ward of our hospital from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the practice batch,with 36 in each group.The control group was taught by the traditional clinical teaching method,and the experimental group was taught by the"workshop"authorized education method.The CPR theory and operation assessment scores of the two groups of undergraduate nursing interns were compared before and after CPR teaching.Results The scores of CPR theory and operation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion"Workshop"authorized education method can improve the quality of CPR clinical teaching for undergraduate nursing interns.
