摘  要:军工产品普遍呈现“小批量、多品种”等特征,在短周期、研产并行的快速交付需求下,军工产品的装配产出能力成为支撑快速交付的重要一环。介绍了一种基于拉动式的装配整流化模式,以模块生产整流化产线建设为支撑,通过完成工艺布局更新、模块装配工艺工步拆分和产线分线等改善措施,实现模块手工装配的整流化硬件布局;针对工序步骤粗、标准化程度低、作业人员随意性大等问题,通过专业工艺跟产、工艺工步拆分优化等措施,实现模块手工装配阶段的作业标准化;针对装配作业人员作业效率差异大、存在动作浪费等问题,通过优化工作台面、开发非标自动化工装等措施,实现产线内作业改善;针对装配异常处理时间长、工序间等待时间长等工序间等待浪费严重的问题,通过制定异常问题快速处理机制、工序间衔接等待优化等措施,实现工序间作业工序快速衔接,从而显著地提升了装配产出能力。该模式的研究为军工企业建立适合自身产品特点的装配能力提供了一定借鉴。Military products generally show the characteristics of small batch and multi-variety.Under the rapid delivery demand of short cycle,parallel research and production,the assembly output capacity of military products has become an important part to support rapid delivery.A pull-based assembly rectification mode is introduced,which is supported by the construction of the production line of module production rectification,and the streamlining hardware layout of module manual assembly is achieved by completing the improvement measures such as updating process layout,splitting process steps of module assembly and dividing production lines.In view of the problems such as rough process steps,low standardization degree and large randomness of operators,the standardization of manual module assembly is realized through professional process and production,process step splitting optimization.In view of the problems such as large efficiency difference and movement waste of assembly workers,the work in the production line is improved by optimizing the workbench and developing non-standard automatic tooling.In view of the problems such as long assembly abnormal processing time,long inter-process waiting time and serious waste of inter-process waiting,the rapid connection between inter-process working procedures is realized through the formulation of rapid abnormal problem handling mechanism and optimization of inter-process connection waiting,so as to significantly improve the assembly output capacity.The study of this model provides a certain reference for military enterprises to establish assembly capacity suitable for their own product characteristics.
