摘 要:通过探讨气顶油藏屏障注水提高开发效果的机理,对气顶油藏屏障注水运移规律、实现油气分隔及压力拟合因素进行分析,利用数值模拟技术证明了气顶油藏在油气界面处建立注水屏障,可以防止油气互窜。模拟结果表明,当注水屏障形成初期,注入水分别向气顶和油环流动,补充了油区和气区的地层能量,既有效抑制了气顶膨胀,又减缓了油气界面运移速度,降低了油井生产气油比。当注水屏障形成后,注入水切断油区与气区的通道,保持了油气区之间的压力平衡和产量稳定,提高了油气过渡带的稳定性和整个油田的采出程度。通过优化气顶油环屏障注水参数,结合哈萨克斯坦K油田气顶油藏的开发实践,优选出注水井距离油气边界150 m,注水井井距400 m,采油井井距200 m的注水屏障方案,既保证了油气缓冲区合理开采,还能充分利用气顶能量,该方案在矿场实践中取得较好应用效果。By discussing the mechanism of enhancing the development effect of barrier water injection in gas-cap reservoirs,this study analyzes the migration patterns of barrier water injection in the gas-top reservoirs,the realization of oil and gas separation,and the pressure matching factors.It is demonstrated by numerical simulation technology that establishing a water injection barrier at the oil-gas interface in gas-cap reservoirs can prevent mutual channeling of oil and gas.The simulation results show that in the early stages of water injection barrier formation,the injected water flows into the gas cap and the oil ring,respectively,replenishing the formation energy in the oil and gas areas.This not only effectively restrains the expansion of the gas cap but also slows down the migration velocity of the oilgas interface,and reduces the gas-oil ratio in oil well production.When the water injection barrier is established,the injected water blocks the pathways between the oil and gas areas,thereby maintaining pressure balance ensuring production stability between the oil and gas areas,and enhancing the stability of the oil-gas transition zone and the overall recovery rate of the oil field.By optimizing the water injection parameters for the gas-cap oil ring barrier and integrating this with the development practice in the K Oilfield of Kazakhstan,the water injection barrier scheme with 150 m from the oil-gas boundary,400 m injection well spacing,and 200 m production well spacing,has been optimized.Not only does it ensure the reasonable exploitation of the oil and gas buffer zone,but also it makes full use of the gas cap energy,yielding positive application outcomes in the field practice.
