摘　　要：针对某型飞机前起落架外场装机调试定油工作中前起落架支柱压缩量异常的质量问题,采用排除法分析故障原因。通过工作原理分析和故障再现验证分析的准确性和可靠性,确定了故障主要原因并提出了控制措施,为飞机前起落架支柱压缩量异常故障诊断和修理提供参考依据。For a certain type of aircraft nose landing gear field installation and commissioning of oil work,abnormal compression of nose landing gear struts,the troubleshooting method is used to analyze the cause of the failure,the accuracy and reliability of the analysis are verified by working principle analysis and fault reappearance,the main causes of the failure are determined and the control measures are put forward,it provides a reference for fault diagnosis and repair of abnormal compression of nose landing gear struts.
