粤港澳大湾区金融业融合发展路径研究

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区作为世界级的湾区其发展备受瞩目,而金融作为现代经济的核心,是推动大湾区高质量发展的重要动力。鉴于粤港澳三地在制度、法律和关税机制等方面存在差异,本文从粤港澳大湾区金融业发展现状、金融业融合现状着手分析,总结出粤港澳大湾区金融业融合存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议,以期有助于粤港澳大湾区金融业的有机融合,从而促进三地经济的深度融合和高质量发展。研究对提升大湾区金融市场的开放和国际化水平具有重要意义。The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as a world-class bay area,has attracted consid-erable attention for its development.Finance,as the cornerstone of the modern economy,plays a crucial role in driving high-quality development within the Greater Bay Area.In light of the differences in systems,laws,and tariff mechanisms among Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao,this article begins by analyzing the cur-rent state of the financial industry and its integration within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA).It summarizes the issues faced by the financial industry integration in the GBA and proposes cor-responding policy recommendations.The aim is to facilitate the organic integration of the financial indus-try in the GBA,thereby promoting the deep economic integration and high-quality development of the three re-gions.This is of great significance for enhancing the openness and internationalization of the financial market in the GBA.
