摘　　要：采用亲水型有机胺树脂、双亲型有机胺树脂和疏水型有机胺树脂组合形成一种具有多层包覆能力的水性环氧富锌固化剂树脂。采用该树脂制备的水性环氧富锌漆具有优秀防腐能力和贮存稳定性,适用期超过8 h。常温贮存6个月后水性环氧富锌涂层防腐蚀性能无明显衰减。Waterborne zinc-rich epoxy curing agent is synthesized by using three kinds of organic amine resin.They are hydrophilic organic amine resin,amphiphilic organic amine resin and hydrophobic organic amine resin.The waterborne zinc-rich epoxy coating has excellent corrosion resistance and hot storage stability.The pot life of the coating is more than 8 hours.The performance of the coating has no obvious attenuation after six months storage.
