摘  要:为了找到一种最佳的无机缓蚀剂可以直接应用到铝材的工程建设中,研究了7种市面上常见的无机缓蚀剂:钼酸钠、铬酸钾、钨酸钠、正钒酸钠、磷酸钠、硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠。用电化学法测试了铝在不同pH、添加不同无机缓蚀剂的碱性模拟液中的动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱。通过综合分析腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度、极化常数等,确定pH=8.3的溶液中添加0.005 mo1/L铬酸钾时,铝的自腐蚀电流密度最低,腐蚀最弱。无机缓蚀剂铬酸钾的添加增大了反应中间产物在阳极的吸附,形成保护膜,从而阻碍反应进行,降低铝的腐蚀。In order to find an optimal inorganic corrosion inhibitor that can be directly applied to aluminum engineering construction,seven conventional inorganic corrosion inhibitors on the market such as sodium molybdate,potassium chromate,sodium tungstate,sodium orthovanadate,sodium phosphate,sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite are studied.The kinetic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectrum of aluminum in alkaline simulated solution at different pH and with different inorganic corrosion inhibitors are electrochemically tested.Through the comprehensive analysis of corrosion potential,corrosion current density and polarization constant,etc.,it is determined that the self-corrosion current density of aluminum is the lowest and the corrosion is the slightest when 0.005 mo1/L potassium chromate is added to the solution of pH 8.3.The addition of potassium chromate used as an inorganic corrosion inhibitor increases the adsorption of reaction intermediates at the anode,forming a protective film that hinders the reaction and reduces the corrosion of aluminum.
