摘　　要：应用涂层对钢结构进行防腐施工前,必须对其进行表面处理,但是常用的表面处理手段如喷砂处理往往成本较高,还会造成大量的粉尘及噪声污染,而且某些特殊的位置(例如钢结构的死角)很难用喷砂处理工艺进行表面处理。因此,开展低表面处理水性涂料的研究是降低腐蚀损失、推进环境保护与促进可持续发展的关键。本研究阐述了低表面处理水性丙烯酸涂料的制备方法,探究了成膜助剂、防锈颜料、润湿剂及锈蚀转化助剂等对涂膜防腐性能的影响。研制的低表面处理水性丙烯酸涂料附着力好、干燥速度快,在30~45μm膜厚下耐水216 h、耐盐水268 h、耐盐雾360 h,可用于石油石化行业钢结构的防腐工程。Before the coating is applied on the surface of the steel substrate,the surface treatment must be carried out.But the typical surface treatment methods such as sandblasting are often costly and will cause a lot of dust and noise pollution.Some special areas(such as blind angle)are difficult to be treated by the sandblasting method.Therefore,the research of low surface treatment waterborne coatings is the key to reduce corrosion losses,promote environmental protection and sustainable development.In this study,the preparation method of waterborne acrylic coating with low surface treatment is described,and the effects of film-forming additives,antirust pigment,wetting agents and rust conversion additives on the anticorrosive properties of the film are investigated.The waterborne acrylic coating with low surface treatment has good adhesion and fast drying speed.Meanwhile,the coating with its thickness of 30~45μm shows water resistant 216 h,salt water resistance 268 h and salt fog resistance 360 h.It can be used in the anticorrosion engineering of steel structure in petroleum and petrochemical industry.
