摘  要:选用水性丙烯酸乳液为主体成膜物质,添加含有活性成分的改性三聚磷酸铝和高效有机缓蚀剂作为防锈颜料,成功制备了一种高性能水性丙烯酸底面合一防腐蚀涂料。探究了水性丙烯酸乳液、成膜助剂、防锈颜料及消泡剂等对防腐蚀涂料性能的影响,结果表明,当选择水性丙烯酸乳液HG-100添加3%ZEP+0.5%RZ时,研制的涂层不仅展现出卓越的防腐性能和耐候性能,同时也表现出优异的施工便捷性和环境友好性。A high-performance waterborne acrylic DTM anticorrosive coatings is prepared by using waterborne acrylic emulsion as the main film-forming materials,and the modified aluminum tripolyphosphate and high efficiency organic corrosion inhibitor as antirust pigments.The effects of waterborne acrylic emulsion,film-forming agents,antirust pigments and defoamer on the properties of anticorrosive coatings are investigated.The results indicate that the prepared coatings containing HG-100 and 3%ZEP+0.5%RZ not only show excellent anticorrosive performance and weather resistance,but also show outstanding construction convenience and environmental compatibility.
