摘 要:通过多元醇和二异氰酸酯发生亲核加成反应合成端羟基预聚体,引入氨酯键结构,然后经过熔融聚合生成醇酸预聚体,在醇酸预聚体两端接枝活性不饱和功能单体,然后再经过溶液聚合进行丙烯酸改性,最后用胺中和即得到水性醇酸杂化树脂,并利用合成的水性醇酸杂化树脂制备了水性醇酸涂料。重点考察了多元醇类别、顺酐的用量、丙烯酸酯单体的用量、玻璃化转变温度等对树脂及涂料性能的影响。实验发现,当合成端羟基预聚体选取的多元醇为2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇,不饱和活性单体顺酐的用量为2%,丙烯酸酯单体的用量为28%,玻璃化转变温度为13℃时,所制得的水性醇酸杂化树脂综合性能最好,满足实际应用需求。The hydroxy terminal prepolymer was synthesized by nucleophilic addition reaction of polyhydric alcohols and diisocyanates,wherein the structure of aminoester bond was introduced to prepare an alkyd prepolymer via the melting polymerization.The active unsaturated functional monomer was grafting on both ends of the prepared alkyd prepolymer.Then the alkyd prepolymer is polymerized in solution to modify acrylic acid,and was further neutralized with amine to obtain waterborne alkyd hybrid resin.The waterborne alkyd coatings were prepared by using the synthesized waterborne alkyd hybrid resin.The effects of the type of polyhydric alcohols,the amount of maleic anhydride,the amount of acrylic monomer and the glass transition temperature on the properties of the resin and coatings were investigated.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the waterborne alkyd hybrid resin was the best and met the practical application requirements when the polyhydric alcohols for the synthesis of hydroxy terminated prepolymers were 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol,the amount of unsaturated active monomer maleic anhydride was 2%,the amount of acrylate monomer was 28%,and the glass transition temperature was 13℃.
