摘 要:合理运用不同变电站间的承载差异性、峰谷互补性等日负荷特征,科学选取负荷转供路径,有助于实现区域负荷在各关联变电站间的均衡分布。为此,提出一种考虑关联变电站日负荷特征的城市中压配电网负荷均衡方法。根据电网拓扑结构,构建各变电站负荷转供关联矩阵;基于变电站及其馈线预测日负载率锁定重过载变电站,根据可靠性约束条件辨别可选的负荷转供路径;以转供关联变电站峰值负载率最大值和平均值为双重指标,挖掘承载负荷较轻或峰谷特性互补的变电站,择取负荷转供最优路径,实现区域负荷均衡。所提方法逻辑简单且易于实现,避免了传统方法计算不精确的问题。利用某城市中压配电网局部系统验证所提方法的有效性与适用性。Reasonable utilization of the daily load characteristics,such as load high-low difference and peak-valley complementarity,is of great benefit to selecting the optimal load transfer path and achieving the load balancing among the transformer substations for a region.A load balancing method for urban power grid consi-dering daily load characteristics of associated transformer substations is proposed.The load transfer incidence matrix is established and contains the information of all feasible load transfer paths.According to the daily load prediction curves of the transformer substations and their feeders,the heavy-load transformer substations and the alternative load transfer paths are identified.Taking the maximum peak load rate and average peak load rate of the associated transformer substations as the dual indexes,the optimal transfer paths are selected accurately and a comprehensive load balance scheme is formed.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
