摘  要:目前,房地产领域正遭受持续的下行压力,这种趋势不仅对房地产行业本身造成了重大冲击也对与其相关的上下游产业链产生了深刻的影响。为了扭转这一不利局面,推动房地产行业的转型升级我们必须以新兴的生产力为核心,充分发挥科技和创新的力量。我们需要以科技化和智能化为发展方向对现有的房地产项目进行全面的升级改造。政府应当发挥政策引导的作用,出台一系列有利于房地产行业转型发展的政策措施,引导企业向更加可持续和环保的方向发展。此外,金融创新也是推动房地产行业转型的重要手段。金融机构可以通过开发新的金融产品和服务,为房地产企业提供更多的融资渠道和资金支持。At present,the real estate sector is suffering from continuous downward pressure,which has not only caused a major impact on the real estate industry itself,but also has a profound impact on the upstream and downstream industry chains related to it.In order to reverse this unfavorable situation and promote the transformation and upgrading of the real estate industry,we must focus on emerging productivity and give full play to the power of technology and innovation.We need to take technology and intelligence as the development direction,and comprehensively upgrade the existing real estate projects.At the same time,the government should play a role in policy guidance and introduce a series of policies and measures conducive to the transformation and development of the real estate industry,so as to guide enterprises to develop in a more sustainable and environmentally friendly direction.In addition,financial innovation is also an important means to promote the transformation of the real estate industry.Financial institutions can provide more financing channels and financial support for real estate enterprises by developing new financial products and services.
