摘　　要：商务法律英语有其独特的特点,与日常英语相比有很大的不同,这使得相关学习者在理解及运用商务法律英语词汇时,深感其难度。本文从语义视域下对商务法律英语词汇特征进行多维度的探析有助于掌握商务法律英语词汇的含义及其用法,便于商务英语领域的学习者及工作者阅读并理解有关法律文献,增强对商务法律英语词汇的实践运用能力,具有较强的实用性及可操作性。Business Legal English has its unique characteristics,which are significantly different from everyday English,making it difficult for relevant learners to understand and apply business legal English vocabulary.This study provides a multidimensional analysis of the vocabulary characteristics of Business Legal English from a semantic perspective,which helps to grasp the meaning and usage of Business Legal English vocabulary,facilitates learners and workers in the field of Business English to read and understand relevant legal literature,enhances their practical application ability of Business Legal English vocabulary,and has strong practicality and operability.
