摘　　要：数字铁路建设是提质增能创效、保障运输安全、提升服务水平和促进高质量发展的重要手段,是建设交通强国、发展数字经济、推进铁路现代化的重要力量。作为实现整个数字铁路构想的基础和关键部分,数字铁路局成为发展铁路新质生产力、促进铁路高质量发展的核心引擎和重要载体。首先探讨数字技术在铁路工程建设、经营开发、安全治理等领域的广泛应用和显著成果,这些成果为数字铁路局的建设与发展奠定了坚实基础;其次明确数字铁路局的深刻内涵,强调其定义、作用及主要目标;从业务架构、数据架构、技术架构、应用架构和组织架构等多个维度构建数字铁路局的发展框架;最后指出建设数字铁路局的关键任务,即推动数字铁路建设与构建铁路“六个现代化体系”。通过从多个维度论述建设数字铁路局的思路和方法,为推动铁路发展贡献重要力量。Digital railway building is an important means of improving quality,capacity,and efficiency,ensuring transportation safety,upgrading service levels,and promoting high-quality development.It is a significant force for building China to a country with strong transportation network,developing digital economy,and advancing railway modernization.As the foundation and key part of realizing the overall concept of digital railway,the digital railway bureau has become a core engine and important carrier for developing new quality productive forces of railways,and promoting high-quality railway development.Firstly,the study explores the extensive application of digital technology in railway engineering construction,operational development,and safety management and the significant achievements that lay a solid foundation for the establishment and development of digital railway bureau.Furthermore,the profound connotation of digital railway bureau is clarified with emphasis on its definition,functions,and primary goals.The development framework of digital railway bureau is established from multiple dimensions,including business architecture,data architecture,technical architecture,application architecture,and organizational architecture.Finally,the key tasks of establishing digital railway bureau are outlined,namely promoting the establishment of digital railways and building the“six modernization systems”of railways.This paper discusses the ideas and methods of digital railway bureau from multiple dimensions,and contributes an important force to promote railway development.
