摘  要:甘孜州雷击事件多发、频发,雷击灾害损失大,社会关注度高。本文基于甘孜州闪电定位仪数据,结合当地雷电日数、雷电密度和人文经济数据(生命易损数和经济易损数),采用气象学分级统计常用的层次分析法,建立了雷电灾害风险区划流程和区划模型,明确了雷电灾害风险区划空间分布,并提出了有针对性的资料处理和区划技术办法,对进一步完善甘孜州防雷监管标准体系建设,提高雷电灾害防御能力,减少雷电灾害损失,有着非常重要的意义。Lightning strikes occur frequently in Ganzi Prefecture,with large losses and high social attention.Based on the data of lightning locator in Ganzi Prefecture,combined with the local lightning days,lightning density and human economic data(life vulnerability and economic vulnerability).Based on the analytic hierarchy process commonly used in meteorological classification statistics,the lightning disaster risk zoning process and zoning model are established.The spatial distribution of lightning disaster risk zoning is clarified,and the targeted data processing and zoning technical methods are put forward.It is of great significance to further improve the construction of lightning protection supervision standard system in Ganzi Prefecture,improve the lightning disaster prevention ability and reduce the loss of lightning disaster.
