江苏省宿迁市农业产业结构优化升级研究

摘　　要：以江苏省宿迁市为例,研究了农业产业结构优化升级的有效策略。宿迁市作为传统农业大市,具有丰富的土地资源和良好的农业基础,采用全局熵值法和耦合协调度模型,对宿迁市5个县区的土地资源禀赋和农业产业发展水平进行了评价和分析。通过计算两者之间的耦合度,揭示了土地资源与农业产业发展水平之间的协调关系,并将宿迁市的农业区域划分为优势保持区、提质增效区和协调改善区。此外,针对不同的农业区域,提出了针对各类区域的优化升级策略,以期提升宿迁市农业生产效率、优化农业产业结构、实现农业经济的可持续发展。Suqian City of Jiangsu Province was taken as an example,and the effective strategies for optimizing and upgrading agricultural industrial structure were studied.As a traditional agricultural hub,Suqian City boasts rich land resources and a solid agricultural foundation.The global entropy method and the coupling coordination model were used to evaluate and analyze the land resource endowments and agricultural industry development level of 5 counties in Suqian City.By calculating the coupling degree,the study revealed the coordination relationship between land resources and agricultural industry development levels.The agricultural regions of Suqian City were categorized into three types:advantage-maintaining areas,quality-improving areas and coordination-improving areas.For the three types of agricultural region,targeted optimization and upgrading strategies were proposed to enhance agricultural production efficiency,optimize the agricultural industrial structure,and achieve sustainable development of agricultural economy in Suqian City.
