摘 要:目的回顾性分析北京丰台区1193例过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者的血清过敏原检测结果,为预防和诊断AR提供临床依据。方法纳入2022年1月至12月北京中医药大学东方医院耳鼻咽喉科诊断为AR且进行过敏原血清特异性IgE检测的患者1193例,进一步分析血清过敏原结果与患者性别、年龄和季节的相关性。结果在1193例AR患者中,共有947例患者的血清过敏原检测结果呈阳性,阳性检出率为79.38%。AR患者的主要过敏原为刺柏/桦、蒿、念珠菌/点青霉/分枝孢霉/交链孢霉/黑曲霉。其中,男性患者过敏原阳性率(82.15%)显著高于女性(77.23%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。秋季过敏原阳性率(85.35%)最高,且不同季节之间的过敏原阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。≤14岁组过敏原阳性率(95.68%)最高,且不同年龄段患者过敏原阳性率差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论北京丰台区AR患者的血清过敏原具有差异性和多样性,且存在性别、季节、年龄等方面差异。Objective To retrospectively analyze the allergen detection results of 1193 patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)in Fengtai district of Beijing,and provide clinical evidence for the prevention and diagnosis of AR.Methods 1193 patients diagnosed with AR and undergone the detection of serum specific IgE against allergens at the Department of Otolaryngology,Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were included,and the correlations between the allergen test results and the patients′gender and age,and season were analyzed.Results Among the 1193 patients,a total of 947 patients had positive serum allergy test results,with a positive detection rate of 79.38%.The main allergens of the AR patients in Fengtai district of Beijing were Cyperus/Birch,Artemisia,and Candida/Penicillium nodosum/Mycosphaerella/Streptomyces/Aspergillus niger.The positive rate of allergens in male AR patients(82.15%)was higher than that in females(77.23%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The highest positive rate(85.35%)of allergens was found in autumn,and there was a statistically significant difference in the positive rates of allergens between different seasons(P<0.05).The positive rate(95.68%)of allergens was the highest in the≤14-year-old group,and there was a statistically significant difference in the positive rates of allergens among patients of different age groups(P<0.001).Conclusion The allergens of AR patients in Fengtai district of Beijing have difference and diversity,and the difference is related to gender,season and age.
