摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出造粒法,通过注塑工艺制备PC/ABS材料,用于汽车装饰件,免喷漆且具有金属质感。文章研究了铝粉浓度和其粒度对车用免喷漆PC/ABS金属质感材料密度、熔融指数、力学性能、材料表面硬度、耐刮擦性和外观的影响。研究发现,铝粉的含量和粒径对PC/ABS材料的各方面性能有不同程度的影响,铝粉的含量越高,材料的金属质感越好;铝粉的粒径越大,金属的闪烁质感越好。此研究结果,可指导内饰件量化的设计方案,通过低成本方案实现高品质产品,已实现量产,在车内饰板应用上有很大的应用前景。The PC/ABS materials are prepared by a twin-screw extrusion granulation method and injection molding process for automotive trim parts,achieving a paint-free with a metallic finish.The effects of aluminum powder concentration and particle size on the density,melt flow index,me⁃chanical properties,surface hardness,scratch resistanc,and appearance of spay-free PC/ABS mate⁃rials texture for automotive use are systematically investigated.It is found that the content and particle size of aluminum powder have varying degrees of impact on the performance of PC/ABS materials.Higher aluminum powder content results in better metallic texture,while larger particle size enhances the metallic luster.These results could guide the quantitative design of interior components,achiev⁃ing high-quality products through low-cost solutions,and have already reached mass production,showing great application prospects in automotive trim panels.
