摘  要:南海东部部分老油田逐渐进入开发生产后期,亟需实施调整井以保障产量接替,而多分支水平井能够有效增大储层泄油面积,实现一孔多眼,是调整井挖潜的主要井型和重要手段。通过研究小井眼多分支水平井现场实钻案例,归纳总结小井眼多分支水平井悬空侧钻技术的难点和使用推靠式旋转导向钻具侧钻的技术特点,给出轨迹预留、侧钻安全距离、夹墙厚度等工程参数的具体经验值,以期为南海东部后续同类型分支井作业提供借鉴经验和技术参考。Some old oil fields in the eastern South China Sea are gradually entering the late stage of development and production,and there is an urgent need to implement adjustment wells to ensure production replacement.Multi-branch horizontal wells can effectively increase the oil drainage area of the reservoir,achieve one well with multiple holes,and are the main well type and important means of adjusting wells to tap potential.By studying on-site drilling cases of small wellbore multi-branch horizontal wells,this paper summarizes the difficulties of suspended sidetracking technology in small wellbore multi-branch horizontal wells and the technical characteristics of using pushing and leaning rotary directional drilling tools for lateral drilling.Specific empirical values of engineering parameters such as trajectory reservation,lateral drilling safety distance,and wall thickness are provided,in order to provide reference experience and technical reference for subsequent similar branch well operations in the eastern South China Sea.
