摘  要:针对当前配电网无功补偿设备管理现状的不足,以及电力数据未被充分挖掘的局限性,文章重点关注无功补偿设备的运行状态,提出一种基于数据挖掘的无功补偿设备运行状态诊断方法。首先,分析功率因数和有功功率的非线性相关性,对配电网的运行数据进行预处理和矩阵逼近,将地区的设备根据处理后的有功负荷进行降维后聚类,并提出设备健康度的定义;其次,提出无功补偿设备实际投切动作判据、理想投切动作判据以及投切合格率的定义;然后,采用TOPSIS法进行各无功补偿设备运行状态得分的综合评估,再依据统计方法,对结果进行分析;最后,通过实例分析证明了所提方法能够准确识别结果,适用性强且容易实现,可方便地运用到现有无功补偿设备运行维护中。In view of the shortcomings of the current management of reactive power compensation equipment in distribution network and the limitations of insufficient power data mining,this paper focuses on the operating state of reactive power compensation equipment,and proposes an operating state diagnosis method of reactive power compensation equipment based on data mining.Firstly,the nonlinear correlation between power factor and active power is analyzed,the operation data of distribution network is preprocessed and matrix approximated,and the regional equipment is clustered after dimension reduction according to the processed active load,and the definition of equipment health degree is proposed;secondly,the actual switching action criterion and ideal switching criterion of reactive power compensation equipment are proposed,as well as the definition of switching qualification rate;finally,the TOPSIS method is used to comprehensively evaluate the operation status score of each reactive power compensation equipment,and then the results are analyzed according to the statistical method.The example analysis proves that the proposed method has accurate identification results,strong applicability and easy implementation,and can be easily applied to the operation and maintenance of existing reactive power compensation equipment.
