摘　　要：本文通过阐述企业信息化系统的定义、作用和现状,详细分析了人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术在数据分析、自然语言处理和智能决策等方面的应用,进一步提出了信息化系统优化的框架与方法,并结合案例分析,展示了人工智能技术在优化企业信息化系统中的实际效果,为企业提供了重要参考。By elaborating the definition,role and current status of enterprise informatization system,this paper analyzes in detail the application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in data analysis,natural language processing and intelligent decision-making,and further proposes a framework and methodology for informatization system optimization,and combines with the case study to show the system,which provides an important reference for enterprises.
