摘　　要：目前,信息技术应用的创新已经成为国家战略的核心,因此,培养信息技术创新人才成了教育界关注的热点。对于高校而言,如何培育这些信息技术创新人才,已经成为它们面临的一个关键问题。本文从学校已有的建设基础入手,以创新“1+1+N”产教融合新模式,构建“实体化运行”校企合作机制,共建校企数字产业学院等的措施,来探索信创人才的培养新路径,从而满足湾区数字经济创新发展的迫切需求。At present,innovation in the application of information technology has become the core of national strategy,therefore,cultivating innovative talents in information technology has become a hot topic of concern in the education sector.For universities,how to cultivate these innovative talents in information technology has become a key issue they face.This article starts with the existing construction foundation of the school,innovates the new model of“1+1+N”integration of industry and education,constructs a“physical operation”school enterprise cooperation mechanism,jointly builds a school enterprise digital industry college,explores new paths for cultivating information and innovation talents,in order to meet the urgent needs of the digital economy innovation and development in the Bay Area.
