摘　　要：本研究探讨了霍桑效应在车间智能安全监管中的应用,采用混合研究方法,通过对照实验和行为观察,分析了霍桑效应的智能监控管理模式对安全行为的影响。结果表明,该模式显著增强了员工安全意识,降低了事故发生率,并积极促进了安全文化的形成。此实证研究为数字化时代的安全管理提供了新思路。This study discusses the application of Hawthorne effect in intelligent safety supervision of workshop,and analyzes the influence of intelligent monitoring management mode of Hawthorne effect on safety behavior through comparative experiments and behavior observation by using mixed research methods.The results show that this model significantly improves the safety awareness of employees,reduces the accident rate and promotes the formation of a positive safety culture.This empirical study provides a new idea for safety management in the digital age.
