摘　　要：“中国奇迹”的出现,原因是多方面的,但其中最根本的是开辟了中国特色社会主义道路、形成了中国特色社会主义理论体系、建立了中国特色社会主义制度、发展了中国特色社会主义文化。邓小平理论对于中国特色社会主义大厦的奠基作用,集中体现在八个方面:一、提出社会主义初级阶段理论,制定党在社会主义初级阶段的基本路线;二、明确提出“建设有中国特色的社会主义”的主题,概括提出社会主义本质理论,成功走出一条中国特色社会主义新道路;三、突出强调“改革是中国的第二次革命”,领导我们党有步骤地展开各方面体制改革,勇敢打开对外开放的大门;四、大胆突破社会主义传统观念束缚,提出社会主义也可以搞市场经济,为建立健全社会主义市场经济体制铺平了道路;五、全力推动社会主义精神文明建设和民主法制建设,实现社会全面进步;六、创造性提出“一国两制”科学构想,指导实现香港地区、澳门地区平稳过渡和顺利回归,推动海峡两岸关系打开新局面;七、把制度建设摆在突出位置,推动党和国家领导制度的改革和政治体制改革;八、强调加强党的领导必须改善党的领导,必须聚精会神抓党的建设,使党充满新的生机活力。The emergence of China’s miracle has many reasons,but the most fundamental one is that it has opened up the socialist path with Chinese characteristics,formed the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,established the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and developed the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.The foundational role of Deng Xiaoping Theory in the social⁃ist building with Chinese characteristics is concentrated in eight aspects:First,Put forward the theory of the primary stage of socialism and formulate the basic line of the Communist Party of China in the primary stage of socialism;Second,clearly put forward the theme of“building socialism with Chinese characteris⁃tics,”summarize and put forward the theory of the essence of socialism,and successfully open up a new road of socialism with Chinese characteristics;Third,emphatically stress that“reform is China’s second revolution,”lead our Party to carry out institutional reforms in all aspects step by step,and bravely open the door to opening up to the outside world;Fourth,boldly break through the shackles of traditional social⁃ist concepts,put forward that socialism can also have a market economy,and pave the way for the estab⁃lishment and improvement of a socialist market economic system;Fifth,fully promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and democratic legal system to achieve all-round social progress;Sixth,cre⁃atively put forward the scientific concept of“one country,two systems,”guide the smooth transition and re⁃turn of Hong Kong and Macao,and promote a new situation in cross-Strait relations;Seventh,place institu⁃tional construction in a prominent position and promote the reform of the leadership system of the Party and the state and political system reform;Eighth,emphasize that strengthening the leadership of the Party must improve the leadership of the Party,and must concentrate on strengthening Party building to make the Party full of new vitality.
