血府逐瘀汤结合通心络胶囊对急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者心功能及血管假性血友病因子、血管内皮素-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究血府逐瘀汤结合通心络胶囊对急性冠脉综合征经皮介入的治疗手术(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)术后患者心功能及血管假性血友病因子(von Willebrand Factor, vWF)、血管内皮素-1(endothelin-1, ET-1)水平的影响。方法 非随机选取2021年1月—2023年12月泰安市中医医院收治的行PCI术治疗的118例急性冠脉综合征患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组与研究组,各59例。分别实施西药治疗、血府逐瘀汤+通心络胶囊治疗,对比两组临床疗效、心功能指标、血清指标(vWF、ET-1)。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.61%(57/59),高于对照组的81.36%(48/59),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.002,P<0.05)。研究组心功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组vWF、ET-1低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 急性冠脉综合征PCI术后为患者使用血府逐瘀汤结合通心络胶囊可改善患者心功能及血清指标,提高治疗有效率。Objective To explore the coronary intervention of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Tongxinluo Cap-sule on acute coronary syndrome Effects of endothelin-1(ET-1)on cardiac function,von Willebrand Factor(vWF)and endothelin-1 in patients after PCI.Methods A total of 118 patients with acute coronary syndrome treated by PCI in Tai′an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were non-randomly se-lected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,59 cases in each group,and were respectively treated with western medicine,Xuefuzhuyu decoction+Tongxin-luo capsule.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes and serum indexes(vWF,ET-1)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.61%(57/59),which was higher than 81.36%(48/59)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.002,P<0.05).The cardiac function index of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The vWF and ET-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Tongxinluo capsule can improve the cardiac function and serum indexes of patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI,and improve the treatment efficiency.
