摘 要:现代假肢接受腔的基本要求为全面接触和全面负重,接受腔不仅要与残肢良好适配,还要求符合人体运动解剖和生物力学。随着大腿假肢接受腔技术的发展,大腿假肢接受腔出现了多种类型。本文由接受腔材质选择入手,对现有现代假肢接受腔临床装配中常用的类型及其临床应用、结构特点、生物力学特征等进行综述,总结各种大腿假肢接受腔的优缺点及适用情况。以便更好地提高截肢者穿戴假肢的舒适度,发挥假肢功能代偿作用。Basic requirement for modern prosthetic prosthetic socket is full contact and full weight-bearing,which should adapt to residual limbs,accord with human anatomy and biomechanics.Various types of thigh prosthetic sockets have emerged with research and development of thigh prosthetic socket technology.The article starts with material selection of sockets,relates commonly used types,clinical applications,structural characteristics,biomechanical characteristics and etc.in clinical assembly of modern prosthetic sockets,and summarizes advantages,disadvantages and applicability of various thigh prosthetic sockets,to improve comfort of amputees wearing prosthetics and exert compensatory effect of prosthetic function.
