摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗对重症肺炎患者感染指标WBC、CRP、PCT的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院收治的70例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法将其分成观察组与对照组,每组35例。其中,观察组接受纤维支气管灌洗方式治疗,对照组接受常规治疗,对比两组患者治疗后病情改善情况。结果观察组血清水平指标均低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗,在重症肺炎患者的治疗中,被证实为一种有效手段。该治疗方法能够显著减少炎症反应,有效降低WBC、CRP以及PCT等感染指标的水平,进而提升整体治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage treatment on the infection indicators WBC,CRP,and PCT in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 70 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Among them,the observation group was treated with fiberoptic bronchial lavage,while the control group only received conventional treatment.The improvement of the condition of the two groups of patients after treatment was compared.Results The serum level indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage therapy has been proven to be an effective method in the treatment of severe pneumonia patients.This treatment method can significantly reduce the inflammatory response,effectively lower the levels of infection indicators such as WBC,CRP,and PCT,and thus improve the overall treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application..
