空腹血糖、糖耐受、血清三酰甘油生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的效果及检出率分析

摘　　要：目的研究空腹血糖、糖耐受、血清三酰甘油生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的效果及检出率分析。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月本院收治的47例糖尿病患者设为试验组,选择同期接受体检的47例健康人群设为对照组,均对其进行空腹血糖、糖耐受、血清三酰甘油生化检验,分析两组的检出率以及以上指标水平差异。结果试验组检出率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的诊疗过程中,采用空腹血糖、糖耐受以及血清三酰甘油生化检验方法,已被证实具有较高的临床应用价值。这些方法能够为医生提供准确、可靠的诊断依据,从而更精准地评估患者的病情,并据此制定更为科学合理的治疗方案。Objective To study effect and detection rate of fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance and serum triacylglycerol biochemical tests in diagnosis of diabetes.Methods The paper chose 47 patients with diabetes in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 as test subjects,and 47 healthy people with physical examination at the same time as control group.Fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance,and serum triacylglycerol biochemical tests were performed,detection rate and level difference was analyzed.Results Detection rate in experimental group was relatively higher,there was difference in indicators between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance and serum triacylglycerol biochemical tests cana achieve high clinical application value for patients with diabetes.
