心房颤动射频消融术后结合益气养阴法治疗的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴法结合西医常规治疗对房颤射频消融术后康复的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月在本院就诊的60例心房颤动并进行射频消融术的患者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。其中,对照组术后服用利伐沙班进行治疗,治疗组在利伐沙班的基础上服用益气养阴中药汤剂进行中西医结合治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果术前,两组SDNN值降低情况比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组患者分别在术后3个月后进行动态心电图监测,观察临床疗效。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论房颤射频消融术后结合中医与西医的综合治疗手段,能够有效降低术后房颤的复发率,并在显著提高患者的临床疗效方面展现出显著优势。Objective To observe clinical effect of tonifying qi and nourishing yin method combined with western medicine routine treatment for rehabilitation after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with atrial fibrillation with radiofrequency ablation in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine affiliated Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022,and divided them into control group of 30 cases and treatment group of 30 cases with random number table method.Control group was treated with postoperative treatment with rivaroxaban,while treatment group with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment with tonifying qi and nourishing yin decoction on the basis of rivaroxaban.Curative effect was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring before surgery(P>0.05).Recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation in treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05)after 3 menstrual monitoring periods after surgery.SDNN values showed higher degree of decrease in control group than treatment group at 3 months post surgery(P<0.001).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can reduce recurrence rate of postoperative atrial fibrillation and improve clinical effect significantly of patients after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.
