护理风险评估在老干部病房优质护理中的应用效果及满意率分析

摘　　要：目的分析护理风险评估在老干部病房优质护理中的应用效果及满意率。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院老干部病房86例患者为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用优质护理,观察组采用优质护理联合风险评估。对比两组风险事件率、护理质量评分、生活质量评分、总满意率以及治疗效果。结果观察组风险事件率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对老干部病房患者实施优质护理的过程中,进行护理风险评估是至关重要的一环。此举能最大限度地控制潜在风险事件的发生,从而全面提升患者的生活质量。此外,通过有效的护理风险评估,还能显著提升护理质量以及患者的满意率,为老干部病房患者提供更加优质、安全的护理服务。Objective To explore effect of nursing risk assessment for quality nursing process in elderly cadre wards.Methods The paper chose 86 patients in elderly cadre wards of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.43 cases in control group were treated with quality nursing,43 cases in observation group with combined nursing risk assessment.Risk event rate,nursing quality scores,life quality,and overall satisfaction degree were analyzed,results was compared between two groups.Results Risk event rate of 2.33%in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing quality scores in observation group were higher in all dimensions after intervention(P<0.05).Observation group had higher scores in all dimensions of life quality after intervention(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree for survey was higher in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk assessment can control risk events to the greatest extent effectively,improve life quality,and nursing quality and satisfaction degree during process of quality nursing for patients in elderly cadre wards.
