老年脑梗死患者的安全输液护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年脑梗死患者的安全输液护理效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月本中心收治的82例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象,并随机分为常规组和研究组,每组41例。在患者输液过程中常规组采用一般护理,研究组行安全输液护理,对比两组的输液不良事件、换药间隔时间、护士巡视次数、药物提前配置时间以及护理满意度,以评估护理效果。结果①研究组输液不良反应明显低于常规组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②相较常规组,研究组换药间隔时间、药物提前配置时间更短,且护士巡视次数也相对更少,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③研究组患者的护理总满意率高于常规组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑梗死患者采取安全输液护理,有利于降低输液不良反应发生率,缩短换药间隔,减少护士巡视,使医疗资源利用率进一步提升,对患者护理满意度的提升有积极意义。Objective To explore effect of safe infusion nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction and summarize nursing experience.Methods The paper chose 82 elderly patients with cerebral infarction from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into routine group and study group randomly.During infusion process,routine group was treated with general nursing,while study group safe infusion nursing.Adverse events of infusion,interval between dressing changes,number of nurse visits,drug preparation time,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared,nursing effect was evaluated between two groups.Results①Adverse reaction rate of infusion in study group was 7.32%,significantly lower than routine group(26.84%).There was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);②Study group had shorter dressing change intervals,earlier medication preparation times,and relatively fewer nurse visits than control group,difference was statistically significant between groups,with(P<0.05);③Overall satisfaction degree with nursing in study group(95.12%)was significantly higher than control group(75.61%),difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Safe infusion nursing can help reduce incidence of adverse reactions to infusion,shorten interval between dressing changes,reduce nurse patrols,further improve utilization of medical resources of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,which has positive significance for improving nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
