摘　　要：彭涛乃民间中医大师李可老先生的学术传承人,擅长治疗肿瘤系统疾病,在预防癌前病变方面也颇为擅长。彭涛认为胃癌前病变病机为脾胃亏虚、少阳枢机不利,临证以六经辨证为基础,多从少阳论治,疗效颇佳。PENG Tao is the inheritor of LI Ke,a master of folk traditional Chinese medicine.He is good at treating tumor system diseases and preventing precancerous lesions.PENG Tao believes that the pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is deficiency of spleen and stomach,and the Shaoyang axis is unfavorable.The clinical syndrome is based on the syndrome differentiation of six meridians,and is mostly treated from Shaoyang.It has achieved good curative effect.
