摘　　要：巴西人参主要分布于热带雨林地区,具有极高的保健及药用价值,其根部作为药物使用已有300多年的历史,在巴西一带被称为“Para Tudo”,对疲劳、免疫力低下等亚健康具有良好的防治作用。因具有较好的研究与商业价值,作为一带一路引进的重要药用新资源,巴西人参越来越受到关注。为进一步对巴西人参的研究与产品开发,现就国内外巴西人参种植分布情况、发展应用现状、化学成分、药效及安全性研究等进行评述,以期为巴西人参的开发研究提供参考,也为丰富中药资源、带动引种地经济发展、助力健康中国贡献力量。Brazilian ginseng is mainly distributed in tropical rainforest areas and has extremely high health and medicinal value.Its roots have been used as medicine for more than 300 years.It is called"Para Tudo"in Brazil.It is resistant to fatigue and weakened immunity.Health has a good preventive effect.Because of its good research and commercial value,as an important new resource for medicinal use introduced by the Belt and Road Initiative,Brazilian ginseng has attracted more and more attention.In order to further expand the research and product development of Brazilian ginseng,this article reviews the cultivation and distribution of Brazilian ginseng at home and abroad,the status quo of development and application,chemical composition,efficacy and safety research,in order to provide reference for the development and research of Brazilian ginseng It also contributes to enriching the resources of Traditional Chinese Medicine,driving the economic development of farming areas,and helping a healthy China.
